Caermit Karlsson in Sweden sent me this picture of his beautiful ´38 flathead bobber.
The first time I saw this bike was in 1997 at the Hollister 50th Rally, held at Manfred Borgs. I have had the pleasure of seeing the bike several time after that, and it just seems to never change, it just goes on and on.
I really love the patina and the fact that it is being ridden.............
Hey, what do you know. I found this, somewhere on the internet.

Those guys must be the coolest.....
Richie is a hard workin' tattooartist from New Jersey, USA.
This guy knows his way around the needle and also builds some killer bikes and cool custom cars.
Here is a sample of his work:

You will also find publications of his work and art in magazines like The Horse, Car Kulture Delux, Old Skool Rodz just to name a few.
Also tjeck out: www.darkstartattoos.com
I am very proud being able to show these pictures, sent to me from master pinstriper Ettore "Captain Blaster" in Italy.
Blaster took 4 years building this bike, a lot of the time spent collecting cool parts, mostly provided from friends and fellow Sinners members in Sweden. As Blaster puts it "Every single piece tells a story"
As you can see from the picture, the first version was not flaked, but had some neat gold leaf graphix and a sissybar.

A little info on the bike: '59 panhead engine, wishbone frame, 21" front wheell, 16" rear wheel, texas bar, modified mustang gastank, triumph rear fender and an old Bates seat.

This paintjob must blow some minds, it blew mine, thats for sure. I'm not an expert, so I'll just quote Blaster on this: "Pagan gold flake with stripes, pattern is asymmetrical, tone over tone, late 60's psychedelic style."
Later I will be posting some of Blasters work, pinstriping when it is best. Look forward to that..............
Texasstroker, S&S super B carb, 12 volt, 9.5:1, Andrews S cam. OEM parts: frame, wheels, oiltank, fenders, floorboards.

I've been thinking about this, "can you really get to old to ride ape-hangers???"
Well, never the less my good friend Fage is doing a total rebuilt of his knuckle chopper. He has ordered one of these frames to replace his old original but modified frame...
From the web-site this looks very good, tjeck it out.

This is tough....my good friend Stefan "Sune" from Gothenburg, Sweden has built this flamethrower kit on his knuckle chopper. I can't help thinking about the Scorpio custom car in the movie Grease.

I will of course post more pictures of the bike later, and will also try to get a good shot with the flames coming out....
I came across this pictures of Tom Jørgensen's knuckle chopper. I think the picture were taken at a trip to Norway, it was before the total engine blow-up.
Parking on the kickerarm is cool.....
From Poul on the North West Coast of Denmark a little photo series of his chopper. Poul has been into choppers for as long as myself, we meet at the local outlaw bike shop in Nørresundby (Harley Shoppen owned by IB, r.i.p.)
This bike is just so much chopper: rigid frame, early shovel engine, sporster gastank, flame paintjob, apehangers and lots of personal touch by the owner.

2CV Headlight for that european touch.

Magneto and Super B carb, is cool. Even if Poul had his hungry eyes on a L-series carb the last time I saw him.

You can't ride a chopper today without a flake helmet, what ever happened to the NO HELMET guys.....
From Hans Meulenbroek, a certified knucklehead specialist, in South East Michigan. I got these pictures of the DRAKE bike shown here earlier.
Hans also told me a thing I did not know, "the bike is water cooled" is that wierd or what.....

Pictures are from the Oley,PA swap in april this year.
Here is another cool and also very rare piece. The THORO foot-shifter is from the time before Harley did a foot-shift, much like the B&H.

This last picture I think, is from the ChopperDave Blog, I think the company business card is pretty cool.
