Bike of the month - September '07

Don't get much better than this: flake paintjob, frisco mounted gastank, up-sweept exhaust with long belltips, apehangers, no frontbrake, springer.............cool.

Back to basics

The back to basics hot rods are much like a bobber or early chopper motorcycle, you can use a lot of different part and make it a very personal ride. Period correct and a little bit of rock'n'roll rebel is always a hit with me.

I think these pics are borrowed from an Ebay auction.

Krazy colour on rims with whitewall tires is just so right.

A couple of rally pics.

My childhood friend Søren, now living in Sweden, sent my these a while back. Pictures were taken at a local bike rally, and where the only two bikes at the rally that could interest me, as Søren so kindly puts it. He is probably right.

Bobbed WL's is always cool, and they just look so fun to ride.

Reggie Wescott's '47 Flathead

Here, more great pictures from Joe Bingham in Florida, US. This time of a very cool looking '47 flathaed big twin chopper, that belongs to his friend Reggie Wescott.

Reggie bought this bike 32 years ago for 250$, yes that's right 250$...

The bike looks just like the day he bought it and even won the best hardcore at Willies Tropical Tattoo at last years Biketoberfest, so why change the winning team.

Man I love the Flanders risers and handlebar set-up......

Killer Bobbers - Indian Stroker

Here is KillerBobber Martin's new Indian Bobber, stroked to the max. As Martin and Allan puts it, this one eats Knuckels for breakfast, Panheads for dinner, Shovels for supper and an Evo or two in between as a snack.

Flathead Racer of Rusty Ron's

Once again some great pictures from Dan in New Jersey.

It's a great flathead racer that belongs to Rusty Ron from Winslow, New Jersey and also shows him racing full throttle at the Hog Riding Fools Party.

It's the best, real bikes and real people, not your Discovery Channel crap. More pictures like this everybody, please....
