Up-sweeps and apehangers is a classic combo that I will always love....
Mystery solved....the picture of the wierd knuckle motor was made 7 years ago by Dan from New Jersey, USA. Here are a little photo story of how this ´45 knuckle became a beatiful bobber.

love the colour, some how makes it look like an old bike and still very sporty. I will be posting a picture of Dan's panhead bobber later..
Well, it is not always harley. I remember some of my first trips to Sweden, and they had a lot of Honda choppers at the time, extremly rakes web forks, diamond shaped gastank, custom rigid frames and wild exhausts. You don't see that now a days, were did all those bikes go ??? Take a look at this one, it is not from Sweden though, this one was built by, now world famous, Kutty Noteboom of the Siners So.Cal.

Wild exhausts, just as i remember.....
Just a picture I want to share with all of you. I got it from my friend Villy Thorup, he calls the picture "clean knuck" and who can argue on that......

For years now, my good friend Stefan Grønquist in the town of Skøvde in Sweden, has been casting part for both bikes and hot rods. You can get your Wagner hub cap, B-H parts, Flanders risers and handlebars. tjeck out his web-site:

Now this is a chopper, an old angels machine. Notice the frisco mounted gastank, footpegs and brakepedal, dual weber carb and slash cut dragpipes. The guy is
Jimmy "the cat" Souza.

The KillerBobber guys sent this little sweet thing, and I agree.... an ass like that is sure gonna turn some heads..

This has got to be photo trick, but looks funny even if......

Bill Mize is another one of the very talented chopperbuilders out there, a lot of you may have seen some of his choppers a magazines, but tjeck out his web-site:

Here is one of Bills latest creations, beautiful......just beautiful.
As if riding an Indian bobber is not cool enough, this guy really wants to stand out.....

Ooooh Yeeaah
Not room for much more in this garage. knuckleheads, panheads, flatheads even a K-sporster, a ton of flanders risers and S&S L carbs..... what more can a man what..??

My good friend Knuckle Tom had a bit of bad luck, every bike owners nightmare.
A TOTAL MOTOR BLOW-UP. I think the pictures speeks for themselves and all of you can imagine how it sounds, when something like this happens.
Fortunately there where no personal injure.

It´s a ´41 knuckle. luckily only a small damage to the motorblock....
Lots of you place comments on all of the postings made, but it seem that sending pictures of your bikes and all of that stuff, is not possible thru the "leave a comment" system. Here is the direct Email to me:

Feel free to send in pictures of your bike, your hot rod, the new tattoo, your first attemt on pinstriping, the custom paintjob or just about everything you feel could be of interest to this blog.... Thanx for your support.
Sure...you really have to be some what of a madman to do a bike like this.

But I think, this is the best looking V8 engine bike I have ever seen. Modified knuckle frame, springer fork and handlebar, whizzer gastank, bobbed fender. And FAST...

FAST, FAST....(second picture is of the rebuild Michigan Madman bike)
Did this custom chevy engine on the leg of Jonas, a member of the local U.S. Car Club.
